Pricing questions
What do I pay for?
One credit makes one pet from your picture, and a credit costs $4.99. The pet is ready to use as soon as it's made: on your desktop in the free Clicky Pet app, and as a BUG Clicker PSD with its layers.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment through Stripe. Nothing renews.
Do I need to sign up?
No. When you make a pet or buy, a guest account is made in your browser to keep your credits and pets. To use them on another device, sign in there with the email you paid with.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What if my pet can't be made?
If the parts can't be lined up after 3 tries, or a safety check stops it, your credit comes back automatically, and so does it if the blinking and petted faces can't be made. If you bought a credit and haven't used it, write to us within 7 days of buying for a refund (see the refund policy).
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe emails you a receipt.
Is anything free?
Yes. The Clicky Pet app is free, with Clicky, Mint and Mochi in it, and so is the pet maker for pets you build from your own art.
