Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-30
These terms govern your use of Clicky Pet at clicky.pet (the “Service”), owned and operated by Lunonia Inc. By using the Service you agree to them, including the acceptable use policy in section 7, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. What the Service does
The Service turns a picture of a character into the parts of a desktop pet for BUG Clicker. You upload one picture; an AI image model draws the character's head, the face it makes when clicked and its body, and our own code lines the parts up on one 800 × 800 canvas. Once the pet is made, the model also draws the face with the eyes closed and a happy face, and they are added to the PSD. You get a PSD with up to five groups (head1, head2, head3, head4 and body) and the layers as PNGs; if head3 and head4 can't be made for a picture, you get the other three and the credit you used comes back. Making a pet from your picture costs one credit, paid before it is made; the pet is unlocked when it is ready. You can use the Service without signing up: we keep a guest account for you in your browser.
2. Independent fan tool, AI-generated content
Clicky Pet is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BUG Clicker or its developer, BUG (@BUGnDEV). We name BUG Clicker only to say which program the files work with. We don't host or distribute BUG Clicker: get it from its developer's official links.
The parts are AI-generated from your picture. If you share or sell a character made with these files, don't present the parts as drawn by hand, and follow BUG Clicker's own rules for sharing and selling characters (its developer asks that BUG Clicker is named and @BUGnDEV credited).
3. The models we use
Nano Banana 2.1 by Google draws the parts from your picture; it runs on fal.ai. Claude Haiku by Anthropic, reached through fal.ai and OpenRouter, writes what your pet says, its name, its petting icon and its sound from the same picture. Our own code prepares your picture (it puts it on a plain background) and lines the parts up into the PSD; it runs on Modal.
Pictures you upload, and the parts the model draws, are checked by an automated image moderation model (fal-ai/x-ailab/nsfw on fal.ai) before they are used or shown.
4. Accounts
You don't need an account to look around or to make a pet: the first time you press the button, a guest account is made in your browser. To use your credits or see your pets on another device, sign in with a link we email to the address you paid with; one email address is one account. A guest account that never bought or made anything is deleted after 7 days.
You must be at least 13 to use the Service. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or fraud.
5. Credits and payments
Making a pet from your picture uses one credit. You buy credits once, with no subscription, and they never expire. What we sell:
- 1 credit ($4.99): makes a new pet from your picture, unlocked; or unlocks the PSD and the layers of a preview made before October 30, 2026.
A credit is given back automatically if a pet fails, is refused by a safety check or takes too long, and if its blinking and petted faces can't be made. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Stripe emails you a receipt.
6. What you upload and write
Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. You keep every right you have in what you upload. In particular:
- Upload a picture of a character: your own character or drawing, or one you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of real people or of anyone under 18, and don't upload someone else's art without their permission.
- Don't upload anything listed in section 7.
We use your uploads only to make your pets and to check them as described in section 7. We do not use them to train AI models. How long we keep them is in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use policy
You may not use the Service to upload, make, download or share any of the following:
- Sexual content: nudity, sexual acts, or bodies or clothing shown in a sexualized way.
- Violence and gore: realistic killing, injury, crashes into people, or content that threatens or promotes violence or terrorism.
- Hate: hate symbols, slurs, or content that attacks people because of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Child safety: anything that sexualizes, endangers or exploits anyone under 18, real or fictional.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: images or videos of a real, identifiable person, or anything that passes a result off as real footage of a real person, company or event.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: photos, logos or trademarks you don't have the right to use.
You also may not attack, overload or scrape the Service, get around its limits (for example by making guest accounts in a loop), or resell it.
How we check content
- Before anything is made, your picture is checked by an automated image moderation model (fal-ai/x-ailab/nsfw on fal.ai). If it is refused, nothing else is done with it.
- Before the parts are lined up or shown, the sheet of parts the model draws is checked by the same model.
- A pet that fails a check is not stored or shown, and your credit comes back. If a check can't run, the pet waits until it can. When two of an account's pets are stopped by these checks within 24 hours, that account can't start another pet until a day has passed.
- Automated checks can’t catch everything, so the categories above are also handled through reports, which a person reviews. We add to the refused words when the logs show new attempts.
- Every check is logged with the time, the pet it belongs to, which check it was and the result.
Penalties
If content breaks this policy, depending on how serious it is and whether it happens again, we will delete the content, remove the credits left on the account without a refund, and suspend or close the account. Content that may be illegal is reported to the authorities.
How to report content
To report content you believe breaks this policy, email support@clicky.pet with “Report content” in the subject line. Include the link to the pet if you have it, where you saw it and the date. A person reads every report.
8. Using your pet in BUG Clicker
The PSD is made for BUG Clicker's PSD import as it worked on October 29, 2026: up to five groups named head1, head2, head3, head4 and body on one 800 × 800 canvas. BUG Clicker is a separate program by its developer, who may change how it reads files; we don't support the program itself.
9. Your pets
You may download, keep, use and share the files you make, as long as you follow sections 2, 6 and 7. If the character belongs to someone else, you need their permission to share or sell anything made of it. You may not use the files in a way that suggests BUG, BUG Clicker or the owner of a character made, sponsored or endorsed them.
10. Copyright and takedown requests
If you own the rights to something you believe is used on the Service without permission, email support@clicky.pet with “Takedown” in the subject line. Include your name and contact details, what you own and where it appears. A person reviews every request.
11. What we can't promise
- AI image models drift: the parts may not match your picture exactly, and two tries at the same picture differ.
- We don't promise that every picture can be turned into a pet. A pet that can't be made gives back its credit.
The Service is provided as is and as available. It may be slow or unavailable at times, and we may pause making pets when demand or costs are high. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and important changes are also emailed to account holders.
13. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first at support@clicky.pet; we will try to sort it out with you before anyone starts a formal proceeding. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live apply where they give you more rights.
14. Contact
One address handles support, billing, refunds, privacy requests, reports and legal notices: support@clicky.pet. Please put the topic in the subject line. A person reads every email. See also the Contact page.
